Basic support includes updates, upgrades, and e-mail support (support@visionarylegal.com); plus 30 days phone support from the date of product registration.
No Charge
Standard
Standard support includes everything available in the Basic package, plus unlimited phone support during normal business hours (8:00 – 6:00 CST)
$500 per year
Premium
Premium support includes everything available in the Standard package, plus after-hours phone support for mission critical issues. 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
$1000 per year
